FLAME SAFE PAPER SAFE 

is a fire retardant specifically formulated and designed for the corrugated packaging industry. Paper Safe is a clear liquid flame retardant. Paper Safe passed the ASTM E162 (flame spread 5.66) and the ASTM E662 (Smoke generation 39.8)

• Paper Safe is water based, clear liquid that becomes insoluble when dry. All surfaces to be treated must be clean and dry. Coverage rate of 300 square feet per gallon. Apply retardant with sprayer head held 8 to 12 Inches from surface. Apply with brush, spray or roller. Treat front and back areas of material where possible. Do not expose treated area to moisture for 24 hours. It should be noted that unlike some products, materials treated with Paper Safe require no special cutting tools or special fasteners. Although Paper Safe had been formulated specifically for the corrugated packaging industry it has numerous other applications and specified uses.
